With the familiar “Phố hàng Phin” theme, PHINƠI has wrapped up an amazing 3-day journey at Cafe Show Ho Chi Minh 2026 (April 16 – 18, 2026). We are happy to have left a great impression on visitors and the coffee community.

As coffee trends change and new brewing methods emerge, PHINƠI’s "Phố hàng Phin - Phin Streer" booth was more than just a display. It was a place where tradition meets innovation—bringing the classic Vietnamese Phin into the modern world in a creative way.

Blossom Flower Phin – A Huge Hit with the Modern Flower Design

The Blossom Flower Phin was definitely the star of the show. Even though we prepared a large stock, it completely sold out by the final day.

This success proves that PHINƠI is on the right track: focusing on better design and features to make the brewing experience better for everyone.

The secret lies in the 5-petal flower base and a 164.8-degree angle, which makes the coffee flow perfectly. This makes brewing with a Phin easier and more flexible for different tastes.

Interestingly, many visitors used the Blossom Flower Phin to try "pour-over" style coffee. This shows that people are starting to see the Phin not just as a traditional tool, but as a way to enjoy more delicate coffee flavors.

While people love new things, our improved traditional products like the Black Flower Aluminum Phin are still very popular.

This product is for those who love the classic way of making coffee—watching every drop fall slowly to create a bold, rich cup. With its durable anodized finish, it’s built to last and looks great on any coffee table.

“Trade-in Your Old Phin” – A Practical Way to Support Sustainability

Our “Trade-in” program was a big hit. During the event, more than 50 customers traded their old, worn-out filters for a brand-new Flower Phin.

This activity helps people upgrade their brewing tools while reducing waste. It’s a small step, but it shows our commitment to sustainable shopping habits. We were happy to see many customers bringing in multiple old Phins to join the program!

Introducing the Ceramic Flower Phin – New Materials, New Experiences

Cafe Show 2026 was also the first time PHINƠI introduced the Ceramic Flower Phin Collection in three colors: Blossom Pink, Midnight Bloom, Ivory.

The best part of this line is the detachable base, which filters the coffee twice to make it cleaner and smoother.

These Phins are handmade by Bat Trang artisans. They feel traditional but look very modern with a Matte finish. This matte look is stylish and different from the usual shiny ceramic, telling a story of craftsmanship in every piece.

Tested by Top Baristas

We didn't just show our products; we let the experts use them. Famous baristas like Nas Jaafar, Bill Nguyễn, and Nhi Đoàn performed "bar-takeovers" at our booth.

Seeing these champions use PHINƠI products proved one thing: the Vietnamese Phin is professional enough for high-end specialty coffee.

“The Tiny Flower Tasting Cup” – A Special Partnership

For Cafe Show Vietnam 2026, PHINƠI created a special "Flower Tasting Cup" for the organizers. These flower-shaped tasting cups featured the event logo and were only available this year.

You could see these cute cups everywhere at the show. They are not only eco-friendly but also show PHINƠI’s ability to create custom products for business partners.
